Pricing Policy

All of our prices are in Australian Dollars(AUD) and exclude GST (Goods and Service Tax). The GST is calculate in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout. Product prices are regularly updated when price changes are received from our suppliers. If you find a cheaper adverised price somewhere else, email us with the details of the supplier together with prices of the product required and we will endeavour to provide you with a more competitive price.

Refunds

Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make wrong decision. There will be no refund for products that have been customised. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the wehsite or doesn’t perform as advertised. In the event your order is approved to be returned a restocking fee will be charged.
