We accepts payments by Credit Cards (Visa and Master Card only), Paypal, Direct Deposit and Cash.

3. When will I receive my order?

Orders of stock items are dispatched within 2-3 business business days and shipping times are estimated at between 3-7 business days depending on your location within Australia. Orders that require customisation incur addition production time and the dispatched lead time will be available in the product description. Delivery times stated on our website are estimated for guidance only and we are unable to state a specific day or time when delivery will be made.
If order is urgent, please feel free to let us know at the time order is placed, we will try our best to match your timeframe. 

4 . Is pick-up available?

Yes, we offer pick-up from our warehouse in Carrum Downs (by appointmnet only). 

 5. How do I find out the shipping cost?

The shipping cost will be calculated once we know your full delivery address details.
